Elena Mihajlova Stratilati

Elena Mihajlova Stratilati is an international law professor at the Law faculty "Justinian Prima" in Skopje.  In addition to the classic themes of international public law, her special areas of interest are human rights, hate speech and hate crime, transitional justice and democracy.
