Ivica Pepovski
Graduated lawyer in the field of international law, master's degree in finance and financial law, as well as a senior expert in the cycle of project management and result-oriented budgeting and management. He worked in the OSCE Missions in Skopje and Kosovo, as well as in the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna, Austria. In the Secretariat of the International Atomic Energy Agency at the United Nations, he works as Head of the Finance Department in the Technical Cooperation department. Ivica has extensive experience in international administrative law and is very familiar with the functioning of the EU and international standards for work and project implementation."
Viktorija Spasovska Simonoska
Viktorija Spasovska-Simonoska works as an attorney at law in the Law firm Godzo, Kicheec and Novakovski. She concluded the undergraduate studies at Faculty of Law ''Justinianus Primus'' with an exceptionally high success, for which she received an award from the University "Cyril and Methodius" -Skopje for the best graduate student. She completed her master's degree by defending her master's thesis "Regulating Allogeneic Fertilization in Macedonian and Comparative Law". Following the completion of her formal education, she continually upgrades her knowledge base by attending seminars, conferences, workshops etc. She takes an active role as a lecturer at labor and business law seminars, including before the Economic Chamber of Macedonia.
Elena Maksimova
Elena Maksimova, assistant proffesor in Criminal Law and Criminology, and also Vice - Dean for education at the Faculty of Law, University Goce Delcev – Stip. Maksimova has finished her Bachelor, LL.M and PhD Studies at the Faculty of Law “Iustiniaus Primus”, St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. In 2018 she has defended her doctoral thesis entitled "Criminality of women in the period 2005-2015, with accent on the victimological aspects” at the same faculty.  From 2012 is working as teaching assistant at Faculty of Law, Goce Delcev University in Stip, Republic of Macedonia, in a criminal law field. From February 2019 she was elected  as Assistant Professor at the same faculty. From September 2019, she was appointed as a Vice-Dean for education (рe-elected in 2022). Maksimova is a trainer of students for participation in moot court competitions in knowledge of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights.
Elena Maksimova has attended planty of conferences, seminars and trainings. She has also been included in few prodjects, and have many publication, as an author or coauthor in national and international journals.
Olga Kosevaliska
OLGA KOSHEVALISKA is associate professor in Criminal law and currently she is the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University Goce Delcev, Stip. She has attended many conferences in the country and abroad and has completed several study visits abroad. Keshevaliska is a member of the working group for amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, she is a member of the Macedonian Penological Society as well as the Association for Criminal Law and Criminology. Kosevaliska has published two university textbooks, several monographs, and manuals, as well as more than 80 scientific papers in national and international journals. She is currently engaged as an expert and consultant in several scientific-research and professional application projects related to justice for children, hate crime, migrations and asylum, mediation, sustainable development, post-penal assistance, etc.
Jelena Kadric
Jelena Kadric is a law graduate with a passed bar exam. She has the longest working experience in the Institute for Human Rights.
Its main responsibilities are implementing the program of the ICP, implementing the decisions of the Management Board, managing the financial operations of the Institute, etc.
Her previous work experience consists of: head - coordinator of professional program work in the Association of Judges of the Republic of Macedonia and head of the department for human resources management in the Academy for the Training of Judges and Public Prosecutors of the Republic of Macedonia.
Kadric is distinguished by great organizational qualities and communication skills.
Zoran Drangovski
Zoran Drangovski, a lawyer who works in the field of international protection and migration management. He is actively involved in the reforms related to the chapter 24 of the EU Justice, Freedom and Security. From 2016 to 2021, he was the president of the Macedonian Association of Young Lawyers. He participated in several working groups for changes to laws in the field of foreigners, international protection, reforms in the security sector, crisis management, etc. He graduated from the "Justinian I" Faculty of Law, participated in study programs such as the US International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) and the U.S. Congress Open World Leadership Center (2022).
Blagoja Pandovski

Graduated at the Faculty of Law Iustinianus Primus in Skopje in 2004 and works as a lawyer since 2007. Has many years of experience in representation before the national courts in Macedonia. Experienced in holding trainings for young legal professionals in the area of rule of law and human rights. Active member and associate in non-governmental organizations working in the field of law and transparency and anti corruption.

 

Jasmina Dimitrieva
Jasmina Dimitrieva holds a PhD from Ljubljana Law Faculty. She is Assistant Professor at the Law Faculty Stip and works on a project of the Council of Europe and EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings. She used to work as lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights. Jasmina Dimitrieva has published a number of papers and a book where she examines the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights. 
Slavica Cubric
Slavica Cubric holds an LL.M. degree in Human Rights from the Central European University in Budapest. She has worked at the OSCE Mission to Skopje, the Council of Europe Programme Office in Skopje and as a lawyer at the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg from 2007 to 2011. 
Elena Mihajlova Stratilati
Elena Mihajlova Stratilati is an international law professor at the Law faculty "Justinian Prima" in Skopje.  In addition to the classic themes of international public law, her special areas of interest are human rights, hate speech and hate crime, transitional justice and democracy.
Prof. Igor Kambovski, Ph.D
Prof. Igor Kambovski, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law in Shtip from 2015. He is a member of the Senate of the University "Goce Delchev" in Stip. From 2005-2015 he worked at the Faculty of Law at FON University in Skopje, and in the period 2010-2011 he was the Dean of the Faculty of Law. Has published a dozen monographs, textbooks, manuals and brochures and over 80 scientific and expert papers in the area of Civil Law, Law on Obligations and Law on Electronic Commerce in domestic and foreign publications. He has participated in several scientific-research and application projects, as well as at more than 60 scientific conferences. Kambovski was a lecturer and trainer in dozens of workshops and training in the field of civil law and human rights. Since 2018 is the National Tutor of the Council of Europe's HELP program. He participated in the working group for amendments to the Law on Mediation.
Gordan Kalajdjiev PhD
Born on 10 January 1962 in Skopje, Macedonia, prof. Kalajdjiev holds a PhD in Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
He is a full-time professor of Criminal Procedure, Juvenile Justice, Comparative Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, Philosophy of Law and International Human Rights Law at the Faculty of Law within the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and also teaches at the Police Academy in Skopje and the Academy for of Judges and Prosecutors in Skopje.
He was the project leader in the reform process of the criminal justice system in Macedonia and is a member of the Council for the Reform of the Judiciary at the Ministry of Justice. In addition to having taken part in the drafting of several statutes such as the Law on Courts, the Criminal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Law on Public Prosecution, the Law on Expert Witnesses, etc., he is the author of more than 200 published papers and articles on issues of criminal law and procedure, police powers and human rights.
Prof. Kalajdjiev is a distinguished member of the NGO community and currently the President of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in the Republic of Macedonia.
Vladimir Donevski
Vladimir Donevski is a lawyer from Skopje, founder and administrator of the Donevski Law Firm from Skopje. He graduated from the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" - Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" - Skopje, in 1999. After the graduation, he practiced law at the Basic Court Skopje 1 in Skopje and in the law office Aleksandar Novakovski and attended a number of trainings and seminars for the protection and promotion of human rights guaranteed by the European Convention of Human Rights and for providing free legal aid. In 2002 he passed the bar exam when he started working as a lawyer. His main areas of interest are civil law, commercial law, criminal law. He also worked on several applications to the European Court of Human Rights and has extensive experience in litigation, legal research, analysis and advocacy.
Borjanka Monevska
Mrs. Borjanka Monevska is a lawyer from Skopje, Partner in Law firm Donevski and member of the of the Managing board of the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association. She is а law graduate and holds Master of law degree in civil law from the University St.Cyril and Methodius - Faculty of law „Justinianus Primus“- Skopje, since 2011. Meanwhile she has been practicing as an intern in Law office Donevski and attending training and seminars for protection and promotion of human rights granted with European Convention of Human Rights. In 2014 she passed the Bar exam when she started working as a practicing lawyer. Her main areas of interest are human rights, civil law, commercial law and she is a legal expert in programs for improving the transparency, legal security and efficiency of the judiciary in the Republic of North Macedonia and she is certified human rights trainer. She is also worked (jointly with other colleagues) on several Applications to the European court of Human and has rich experience in litigation, legal research and advocacy. 
Velimir Delovski, LL.M.
He obtained his law degree from the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law. He also holds two LL.M. degrees in the field of human rights from Viadrina European University and Queen Mary University of London. He completed several internships with the Macedonian Assembly, ECMI Flensburg and the Secretariat of the Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture within the UNHCHR at Geneva. He worked as Assistant Lawyer with the Registry of the ECtHR, Junior Associate with the Office of the Macedonian Government Agent before the ECtHR, as well as Legal Adviser and Project Coordinator at the Macedonian Helsinki Committee. He delivered a number of trainings for the Judicial Academy, and currently serves as a national Focal Point for the Council of Europe’s HELP program. Delovski has been involved as a consultant in several projects carried out by the AIRE Centre London, which aimed at improving the implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights. He currently works as a Legal Consultant for the Supreme Court on the ECtHR case-law under a project which is implemented by the CLRA and supported by the British Embassy in Skopje.
Igor Spirovski

Born in Skopje in 1960. Since 2013 he works as a lawyer in Skopje. He has extended experience in representing before the domestic courts and the European Court of Human Rights. He is a former judge of the Constitutional Court of North Macedonia, former deputy member of the European Commission for Democracy through Law of the Council of Europe (Venice Commission), as well as a member of the Council of the International Association for Constitutional Law. He received a diploma of Authorized Educator for European Union Affairs from the European Policy Institute in Berlin, 2002. He is an author of thirty scientific and professional papers published in the country and abroad.

 

Mirjana Najchevska
Mirjana Najchevska, PhD, Professor/Senior researcher at the Institute for Sociological, Political, and Juridical Researches at the "Saints Cyril and Methodius" University – Skopje (1980-present). Key qualifications: are within Human rights (discrimination, minority rights, and rights of marginalized groups, freedom of thought and freedom of expression, protection of the rights through the rule of law), interethnic relations, decentralization and local self-governance. Committed to promotion of Human Rights and development of democratic institutions and mechanisms for their practicing and protection. Her work with different NGO-s, especially as a president of Helsinki committee, enable practical use of the theoretical knowledge and possibility to be directly involved in the design of legislation  and work of state monitoring bodies. On international level she was/is involved in the work of several professional and expert bodies (Member of the Working Group of Experts on People of African descent, Member of the European network of legal experts on gender equality,   Member of the European network of legal experts on discrimination,...).
Gordana Lazetikj
Prof. Gordana Lažetić, Ph.D, since 2012 is a full-time professor of the Criminal procedural law at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" in Skopje. From 2008-2014 was a Vice-Dean of Finance and Vice Dean of Science. A member of the Senate at the University St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje; Involved in working groups for amending the criminal legislation and Member of the Governmental Council for judiciary reform. She has published more than 30 monographs, university textbooks and brochures, more than 100 articles in domestic and foreign journals as well as participated in over than 100 conferences, scientific and scientific-applicative projects.
Elena Neshovska Kjoseva

Elena Neshovska Kjoseva works as Assistant Professor at Law faculty “Iustinianus Primus” Skopje, Department of Financial Law, teaching Financial law, Tax law, International Tax Law, Budget Law, and Local Finances. In 2010 she obtained her master degree, on the topic: “Tax progression versus flat tax”, and in 2015 she defended the doctoral thesis on the topic “Tax Treatment of Cross-border Activities According the Double Tax Treaties”, which is now published as a monograph. Ms Neshovska Kjoseva has published number of papers in relevant domestic and foreign journals, and has participated in number of national and international conferences.

Aleksandar Godjo
He graduated at the Law Faculty "Justinian Primus" - Skopje, 1998 and has been a lawyer since 2001. Founder and partner of the law firm Gojo, Kichets and Novakovski. Member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia and the International Bar Association (IBA). He has many years of experience in advocacy and dispute resolution before domestic and international institutions, including ICSID at the World Bank Washington, International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia - ICTY, European Court of Human Rights - ECHR. He is a member of the permanent arbitration court at the Economic Chamber of Macedonia. Member of the Strategic Advocacy Group of the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association, Co - author of the Legal Skills Handbook and Handbook for Advocacy Skills in Criminal Matters. Lecturer and trainer of trainings and seminars in the field of law. National Tutor of the Council of Europe's HELP Program. Experience in research projects and projects for strengthening the capacities of the judiciary (Project for technical support of the academy for judges and prosecutors, developing indicators for measuring the performance of the judiciary, developing indicators for measuring the performance of the public prosecution, Supporting the establishment of a unified court practice in the Macedonian legal system, etc.).
Biljana Puleska Janusevska
Biljana Puleska Janushevska is employed with the title of associate professor at the Faculty of Law at the University FON - Skopje since 2005. Teaches courses in the first and second cycle studies in the field of international law, and does scientific-research work in the field of international and EU law. Puleska Janushevska participates in the implementation of international and national projects for harmonization of the national legislation, preparation of legal acts for cross-border management of natural resources and implementation of international contractual instruments in the internal law.
Konstantin Bitrakov
Konstantin Bitrakov is an assistant researcher at the Center for Strategic Research at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts. He has completed his master's degree in law at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" in Skopje, and has passed the bar exam in the Republic of Macedonia. Currently, he is a PhD student at the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. His previous research gravitates around law governance, while the PhD dissertation focuses on anticorruption law and the prevention of corruption in the public sector.
