Borjanka Monevska

Mrs. Borjanka Monevska is a lawyer from Skopje, Partner in Law firm Donevski and member of the of the Managing board of the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association. She is а law graduate and holds Master of law degree in civil law from the University St.Cyril and Methodius - Faculty of law „Justinianus Primus“- Skopje, since 2011. Meanwhile she has been practicing as an intern in Law office Donevski and attending training and seminars for protection and promotion of human rights granted with European Convention of Human Rights. In 2014 she passed the Bar exam when she started working as a practicing lawyer. Her main areas of interest are human rights, civil law, commercial law and she is a legal expert in programs for improving the transparency, legal security and efficiency of the judiciary in the Republic of North Macedonia and she is certified human rights trainer. She is also worked (jointly with other colleagues) on several Applications to the European court of Human and has rich experience in litigation, legal research and advocacy.
